Windows 365 delivers Cloud PC, while Microsoft 365 mainly involves office and collaboration services, and cannot be inferred from similar names to include each other. Before purchasing, you should list whether you need a cloud desktop, office software, or both.
First check the billing mode, resource destruction and refund rules of the current order, and then process the data. Shutdown does not necessarily mean stopping all charges, and destruction cannot replace exporting backups. Actual refund conditions are subject to formal orders and documents.
List the design software, renderer, project size, and peripheral requirements first, then check the desktop specifications for the current area. The product page mentions GPU graphics desktop, which does not mean that all packages can meet the same professional software and color workflow.
Manage code workspaces, credentials and build artifacts separately. A cloud desktop does not automatically remove hard-coded passwords or excessive permissions. CVD's secure-development use case can guide your evaluation, but repository access and the toolchain still need to be checked against your organization's requirements.
The CVD product page mentions office security integration, but the presence of the feature does not mean that every desktop is configured to your business requirements. It should be clear who enables and maintains protection, file channels, software and Internet access scope respectively.
The transmission restrictions and peripheral capabilities of different access methods may be different, and the current region and client documentation should prevail. The upload and download instructions in the operation document can only be used in the corresponding environment and cannot be regarded as a permanent unified upper limit for all CVD entrances.
The CVD product page gives the direction of the Agent running environment, but application pre-installation does not mean that business authorization is completed. Accounts, directories and executable actions should be defined for the Agent. Writing, deletion, external submission and payment still need to be clearly controlled.
The CVD product page lists educational training as a scenario, but the course template still needs to be verified with real classroom tasks. Administrators need to prepare software, accounts, materials and submission methods, while students need to check whether they can enter and complete the exercises on time.
CVD is cloud desktop and CVM is cloud server. The delivery and management focus of the two are different. Tencent's CVD product page discusses desktop creation, allocation and strategy. When selecting, you cannot just put the same CPU and memory specifications together to compare prices.
Enterprise desktops should cover employees’ actual working locations, not just test on the company’s wired network. First confirm the access areas, terminals and data processing methods allowed by the organization, and then verify the meeting, business system and file handover.
Desktop resources can be started and user data can be restored are two acceptance items. Users and administrators should clarify which data is saved by the application, which is stored on the desktop, and how to retrieve it when the service is abnormal or exits.
Deadlines, data transfer and resource recovery responsibilities should be determined at launch. What temporary projects need is not a batch of administrator desktops that will never be recycled, but an authorization and data preservation solution that matches the personnel and task cycles.
